Everybody’s got an opinion.  But to borrow a bit of Orwell, some opinions are more equal than others.   Highly informed and/or well-reasoned opinions contributed to the public debate always help the cause of doing the most good for the most people.  Opinions uninformed by facts are often unwise and usually unhelpful, so should be shed like a second skin when entering into educated and serious discourse.

With that in mind, using actual facts and informed opinions, also known as knowledge, if you were suddenly elevated to the position of global dictator or were to serve on a panel of advisors to that person, what would be the top five things you would recommend be done to make the world a better place?  I won’t restrict the question any farther, to keep the aperture very wide open for all inputs.
